Purpose of this Blog
During a professional development session questions arose about organizing to be more effective in our jobs as principals. We discussed creating a forum to help each other create meaningful tools to aid our new teachers. When the questions arose about organization I thought a similar forum would be helpful to address this need as well. Please post your suggestions in areas about time management, observations, data, dealing with parents, etc. If it has worked for you as an administrator then it will probably work for others. I can't wait to read your many helpful tips.
